Hailify is a last-mile delivery exchange that seamlessly connects our merchant partners with our vast network of drivers. We are looking for Delivery Drivers to join us and assist in delivering freight to teams in Kearny & Pennsauken Township, NJ from our Brooklyn warehouse.

Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities:

• Safely, and comfortably drive on NY & NJ roadways in a Hailify 26' box trucks

• Follow all traffic regulations, posted and unposted

• Be flexible with available backhauls

• Oversee the loading of freight and confirm inventory accuracy

• Be available to drive in all types of outdoor weather conditions

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors

• Follow all safety rules and regulations, while on the road and off the road

• Ability to lift 100 pounds

• Ability to reach, kneel + bend; climb up and down stairs frequently and daily

• Use electronic devices for route navigation and planning

• Be willing to work week-ends and holidays

• Build positive relationships with the local communities and buildings we’re delivering to

• Be reliable, flexible, and teamwork oriented – must be willing to work both on your own and help/rescue the rest of the team, as needed.

Shifts & Work Hours: Delivery Drivers are scheduled 5 days per week, including weekends, for approximately 40 - 50 hours a week with shifts including; 12:30a-8:30a.

Compensation & Benefits: Delivery Drivers are W2 employees with an annual salary of $50,000, health insurance, and annual PTO.

Qualifications and Skills:

2 yrs of driving experience

Clean driving record

Reliability and a proven track record of dependability.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Works well independently and has strong problem solving, time management, and organization skills.
